Pedro Jose  Rodriguez
Pedro Jose Rodriguez, age 80, of Bridgeport, entered into peaceful rest on Friday, September 21, 2018 at Hewitt Health and Rehabilitation Center, in Shelton, CT.

Pedro was born May 19, 1938 in Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico, the beloved son of the late Manuel Rodriguez and Francisca Carbajal. Pedro was a deacon at the Church of Christ for many years, Pedro was a firm believer in the Lord. He enjoyed listening to the word and singing hymns. In his past time he’d watched the Yankees, and favored a good match of dominos or pool. Pedro was a loving brother, father, grandfather and friend.

Pedro is survived by: former spouse, Rhode Rodriguez; three sons, Pedro (Mitzi)Rodriguez, Joel(Adrienne) Rodriguez, Elias (Nayda) Rodriguez; siblings, Lucila Rodriguez, Hermes Rodriguez, Angel Rodriguez, Anna Rodriguez, Jose Rodriguez, Luis Rodriguez, Samuel Rodriguez, Juan Rodriguez; five grandchildren, Cianna Rodriguez, Niahani Rodriguez, Shadiyah Rodriguez, Kaylee Feliciano, Jeremiah Rodriguez; and a host of extended family and friends.

Friends make greet the family Wednesday, September 26, 2018 from 10 AM to 11 AM, funeral service will proceed from 11 AM to 1 PM all at Church of Christ 240 Hamilton St., Bridgeport, CT 06608.
